OptometryFinder is a free direct-listing platform for the eyecare industry. Employers post optometry, optician, technician, front desk, and office manager jobs, and candidates contact them directly.
Recruiting in optometry is expensive and fragmented. A single recruiter placement can cost thousands, while many independent practices simply need a clean place to post openings. OptometryFinder is designed to reduce that friction.
Verified posters
To reduce spam, posters may be asked to provide an NPI, business information, or state license. Verification is intended to confirm that a listing is connected to a real eyecare practice — it is not an endorsement. Candidates should still independently evaluate each opportunity.
What we are not
OptometryFinder does not act as a recruiter, staffing agency, broker, employer, or agent. Listings are provided by third parties and should be independently verified by users. We do not route messages or facilitate transactions.
