The email and phone number you provide will be displayed on your live listing and may be scraped by bots or spammers. We strongly recommend using a dedicated recruiting email and phone number (not your personal contact) to limit unwanted outreach. OptometryFinder cannot control third-party crawlers and is not responsible for any spam, leaks, or misuse of contact info you choose to publish.
Tip: adding your state license number helps us verify your listing faster and can significantly speed up approval.
One image per listing. JPG, PNG, WebP, or GIF up to 5 MB. Do not upload patient photos or anything HIPAA-protected.

Important: stay subscribed to keep your listing active
Listings expire after 30 days. To renew and keep your posting visible to candidates and buyers, you must remain subscribed to OptometryFinder emails. If you unsubscribe, your listing cannot be renewed and will be removed once it expires.
