Per-Diem Optometrist

Position Overview: All Things Eyes is seeking a licensed optometrist to run our newly built exam lane one day per week on a per-diem basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter interested in eventually opening their own practice — you'll build and manage your own patient panel in a fully equipped clinical space, with administrative support and mentorship available from an owner with nearly 30 years of ophthalmology admin experience. Compensation: Base pay plus performance bonus (details discussed with candidates) Schedule: One day per week, day flexible/negotiable Requirements: Active CT optometry license; comfortable with comprehensive exams and contact lens fittings What We Offer: Fully built-out exam lane, admin/scheduling/front-desk support, walk-in optical traffic to help build your patient base, and mentorship on the business side of running a practice for the right person.
