You bring professionalism, leadership, and energy to work every day. You love turning a routine appointment into an amazing experience — and you’re ready to shine in a boutique, fast-paced setting. Ideal Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as an optician (luxury retail or boutique optical experience a plus) Proven sales skills — confident in recommending high-end frames and lenses Strong knowledge of optical lenses, contact lenses, and frame styling Skilled in optical measurements, dispensing, adjustments, and minor repairs Familiar with VSP, Eyemed, and other vision plans Comfortable using EHR systems and Microsoft Office Experience with contact lens training and inventory management Upbeat, outgoing, and approachable personality Professional communication and phone skills Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment Leadership or team management experience is a plus!
